Position Summary

Location: Southern Idaho Market

Responsible for overall facility management, profitability, operations, and direction in all aspects. Accountable for, but not limited to, census development, management of accounts receivable and collections, maximization of Net Operating Income, resident/patient care, state and federal survey compliance, positive employee relations, a positive return on investment, an effective business plan and implementation of Center core programs. Acts as the Center representative in the facility and community. Follows all Center policies and procedures. Completes rounds of entire facility premises at least daily to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures and regulations.

Physical Therapist Assistant – Full Time

Clearwater Health and Rehab of Cascadia has an opportunity for a dynamic physical therapist assistant.  The PTA carries out physical therapy plans of care by providing physical therapy sessions, documenting therapy sessions, and participating in the interdisciplinary team. Works to increase independence and functional strength, balance, endurance, postural stability and coordination in patients in our skilled nursing facility. Works under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist in compliance with state and federal regulations. Reports to director of rehabilitation and facility executive director.

Occupational Therapist Assistant-Full Time

Clearwater Health and Rehab of Cascadia has an opportunity for a dynamic occupational therapist assistant. The OTA carries out occupational therapy plans of care by providing occupational therapy sessions, documenting therapy sessions, and participating in the interdisciplinary team.  Works to increase independence and functioning in all aspects of daily living including but not limited to: activity tolerance, functional mobility, self-care, cognition, strength, perceptual and sensory abilities, and balance in patients in our skilled nursing facility. Works under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist in compliance with state and federal regulations. Reports to director of rehabilitation and facility executive director.

Physical Therapist – Full Time, part time, or PRN

Occupational Therapist – Full Time, part time, or PRN
