Raising the Bar on Care.

Cascadia was formed when partners from the skilled nursing and real estate development industry joined forces with a common purpose in mind – to provide a high level of care to patients and families within the region they call home. Our goal is to provide a motivating environment for our employees based on the values of quality work, empowerment and accountability. Cascadia is driven by honest hard work and we believe that strong partnerships and quality care are the outcome.

Quality Care

Our vision is to provide personalized care in a caring, comfortable setting. Our goal is to help patients return home or obtain a lesser level of care as soon as possible. Our facilities provide occupational, physical and speech therapy services as ordered by your doctor. Some of our facilities offer specialized services such as memory care, subacute care, and more.

Industry Outreach

We believe strongly in our purpose within the healthcare industry. Cascadia is participating in state associations, holds board positions, and is actively involved in the communities we operate in. By working together with others in a common purpose, we can improve the industry we serve in and gain insight and knowledge from a variety of backgrounds.

Technology/Innovation

Cascadia is always looking for cutting-edge technologies for rehabilitation and skilled nursing care. Many facilities aren’t up to date with electronic medical records and systems. Technology becomes the backbone of the facility allowing for state-of-the art infrastructure, business metrics and insights into providing the highest quality care.

Culture Development

It is our intention that Cascadia operate as a collaborative environment. We meet frequently and discuss ideas to constantly improve and monitor the results of those efforts. We support our team members in their facility goals and do what we can to help them achieve them. We work as a family of facilities focused on our values.

Employee Development

Our employees are our biggest asset, and we are invested in them. We want our employees to have the training and education they need to perform their jobs well. We encourage them to progress on the career path they desire. We will provide a culture that allows our employees to enjoy their jobs.

New Construction

Over the next 20 years, unprecedented growth in the senior population will occur. The skilled nursing field will continue to evolve and will require facilities to do the same. With state-of-the-art solutions in design and functionality, we are looking to exceed expectations by building innovative facilities that focus on quality of care.
